tour with Debbie. We found the tour to be informative and entertaining.
The weather put a damper on the end of the tour, but we were still very

and much more extensive tour than we thought we would be getting. Were in
a tour group of four, which allowed Debbie to answer everyone's questions
and customize for the needs of the small group. She did an excellent tour.

wonderful. She was very attentive to the needs of the tour group,
especially towards the elderly. She monitors the pace of the walking tour
according to the tour group as most of the group members are elderly
folks. She is the most caring, respectful and considerate tour guide I've
ever had. The quality of service is excellent. She's a great asset to

first through the rainforest tour, then that night with the Old San Juan
night tour. She was a super tour guide. She even went "above and beyond"
the call of duty, to recommend and guide us to a wonderful place for

to engine problems, we arrived late, really late. Most if not all ship
scheduled excursions were canceled. A simple e-mail to Debbie and she was
there waiting for our group. We arrived an hour late. She was able to do
the full tour for us. I would highly recommend this for anyone stopping.

guide and driver meet us on time at the University. The guide was dressed
with a neat and clean uniform. We were attended by courteous and
cheerful tour guide and driver. Debbie provided enough information
and answered our questions to our satisfaction. She also took
the extra step to satisfy our needs and showed us the rest stops. The walking and bus tour were entertaining and we enjoyed the
trail taken on the tour. The driver were
courteous and operated the bus
with caution. The
the bus ride was comfortable,
clean, and we could clearly hear
the music over the speakers. Her voice was usually fine, but
sometimes, because the mouthpiece was so close to her mouth, the words
were muffled--difficult to hear. Otherwise, and more often than not, it
was fine. The tour ended at the
university and on time. Everything was

Hands down, Debbie was the best tour guide we've
ever had! She was knowledgeable and entertaining. She had us laughing the
whole time. We couldn't believe how much time had passed - we didn't want
the tour to end. She was so fantastic, I would even go see the movie El
Cantante just so I can laugh and reminisce about the tour. I will

others. There was confusion at the beginning of the tour because of our
ship arriving early, but Debbie was wonderful and worked everything out
